Awful Truly terrible reception staff who were dismissive, unhelpful and frankly shouldn't be working on a reception desk.
Cambiar de personal, pésima atención al cliente. La atencion del recepcionista es muy mala, cero amable, el aire acondicionado no servia ni la calefaccion, a las 3 am solicite revisar la calefaccion y la dejaron prendida, posteriormente no se podia apagar, opte por desconectar,jo habia agia en la habitacion.. pero lo peor es la atencion del recepcionista.
La propiedad esta bien ubicada. El desayuno muy bueno. No te permiten entrar antes de la hora establecida. En la habitacion, la cafetera no servia y la cortina del baño estaba mal ubicada. Lo peor fue el trato del personal de recepcion. El caballero, lo escuchamos hablando español con otra persona que trabaja en la instalacion previo a que nos atendiera. Elevator being broken in a 36 story building that was full made tempers flare. Breakfast area is small but manageable but items were brought out cold. I expect better from Holiday Inn Express, I will debate before staying with this brand again.
Bad frame was broken. We have to fix everyday. They did not refill k cup coffee.
El lugar tiene excelente ubicación, el personal encargado del check-in en recepción tienen pésima atención, servicio y falta total de humanidad, las instalaciones no se parecen en nada a lo que se oferta en fotografías, son habitaciones viejas con colchones en muy mal estado así como los pisos, no tienen aire acondicionado ni suficientes productos de higiene personal, cero recomendable entre calidad y precio.
Don’t go ! the management and the staff are incompetent and pay no attention to complaints... Out of 11 days of stay, on three occasions the cleaning of our room was forgotten... And no one is present in the evening when we return to do the housework. When the room is cleaned, something is often missing (glasses, shampoo...). One out of two elevators broken down for 9 days, for a hotel with 36 floors! Therefore an endless wait at peak times.
