Unhygienic, poor indoor lighting conditions, mushy odor, insects seen in the lobby and the bathroom towels.
Other than the really good location everything was quite bad. There is no room cleaning service (1 in a 4-night stay) and no facilities at all (the lobby, end). Also, it says on the page that was recently renewed but the property looks and feels very dated, especially the lack of minimum services inside the bedrooms like a mini fridge to a proper closet. For the price, we didn't spect the best hotel in lower manhattan but this was quite bad.
Première déception : le petit-déjeuner annoncé n’existe pas… et ne demander pas d’explication, c’est comme ça… Hôtel vieillot aux chambres très petites. Ne demander pas de service de bagagerie pour votre dernier jour, malgré que le restaurant soit fermé, ce service n’existe pas. Bref, à part l’emplacement central, il n’y a pas grand chose d’attirant dans cet hôtel
No room cleaning (garbage, towels, etc) after we asked for it twice. Sheets had stains and holes in them, wouldn't get replaced. Got charged a damage fee even though there was no damage. Only positive is that it's in a good location with nearby transit
El cuarto muy chico desian que el desayuno era incluido y no fue asi los 4 dias que estuvimos nunca aspiraron solo acian la cama..la alfombra demaciada sucia mis calcetas se ensuciavan demaciado. No me gusto.
a small room with two double beds and 4 people. Great crowding, lack of place to put our clothes. The air machine - a nasty smelling log - makes your head spin walking and trying to get "fresh" air. Come from us for the money we paid... In the bathroom, the door could hardly be opened. you had to go into a corner to open it. Horrible. The only positive thing is the employees who try to help you. But how can I help you when the logistics base is poor?
A revoir En litige avec l hôtel donc mon avis serait trop negatif
I booked a room with breakfast included, but the hotel didn't offer a breakfast and didn't inform me about that. I would have canceled the hotel if I would have known this. In 4 days, there was no housekeeping. I claimed it twice; they said that the room is going to be made but nothing has been done!
Worst hotel I have seen and clerk is very rude.
