In general the property was dirty. Elevator was either full of dirty black rubbish bags or cleaning staff with their carts being rather unfriendly. Bedlinen torn and no cover for duvet. No restaurant although pictures of it on webpage. My children stayed there. My daughter called in advance for storage of baggage since they arrived too early to check in, but was denied to leave it there when they showed up early. Smelled like urine, toilet broken .. worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
I want to start by saying I normally only leave good reviews for properties... The first room I checked in was extremely moldy, water spots on the ceiling, and the carpet was ripped up by the door. I expressed my concerns to the staff and was relocated to another room. This room was better, but still would not stay at this hotel again.
Dated, old and not very clean. Housekeeping non existent.
Legitimately the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff were rude liars who hold grudges and purposely make things difficult for you. Check-in is NOT at 3 pm - be prepared to wait in the lobby for two hours while you watch other people getting checked in. There were wet puddles in the carpet in the room, hair in the shower and on the bedsheets, room reeked of bed bug repellent, and the list just goes on and on. Save yourself the trouble and do not book here!
The hotel is in the middle of what I think is renovation carpets are filthy wet and the odor inside room is like sauna with high levels of humidity

Maybe the place is good but it was not for me Room was tiny and smells like cigar and coffee. First night the bathroom did not have trash can and shower curtin does not close well so the water goes through the whole floor. Housekeeping works well and let it clean everything. Bed was comfortable, but bedlights worked for a couple minutes before they stopped for a while (I guess it was eco friendly, but the fact is that the room was so dark that you really get nothing of light on the bed side).
