Me gustó el sector, no me gustó la falta de cordialidad
La reservación fue hecho por Expedia, luego, que ingresé el día 11 de septiembre y la salida fue el 15, al regresar de viaje, noté que me habían cobrado por la tarjeta de crédito que había suministrado dos veces con diferentes monto, teniendo la prueba en la cual requiero que se me sea reintegrado a través de la misma tarjeta, de hecho no quisieron entregar mi factura en el check Out, los montos cobrado iniciales, fueron de $231, 990,26$ y al regresar me sorprendieron que me cobraron 888,38$ de más el cual deben reponerlo y ... read more
Très loin des promesses et du prix J’avais réservé une chambre pour 3 avec 2 petits dej inclus dans le prix. Arrivés à l’hôtel, on nous informe que les petit dej ne peuvent pas être fournis (hôtel en travaux) mais qu’ils seront déduits de la facture. Bilan : pas déduits ! Il a fallu que je fasse une réclamation auprès d‘hotels.comb(qui a été très efficace) pour avoir un remboursement «à la louche» avec la formulation «c’est à prendre ou à laisser» : 20 petits-dej pré-payés remboursés par l’hôtel 174$. unclean, not inviting, broken tv and A/C. Lobby is a tiny hallway basement.
This was by far the worst IHC property I have ever stayed in. The rooms were absolutely filthy with trash and debris all around the base of the bed. The furniture was mismatched and in need of repair. The door locks for both of our rooms took 10-20 minutes to unlock every time. Maintenance claimed they reported the malfunction weeks ago. The Manager kept rolling her eyes while she played on her phone and repeated how to operate the door as if we’d never swiped a key card.
Needs lots of updating! The lobby and room were not very nice. The room was awkward with one small full bed with mold on the box spring. The walls were dirty and had holes in them. We had asked for a cot or rollaway bed because the bed was so small, but they didn't have any. The person who checked us in was friendly but I notice I was charge twice for a one night stay and now have to straighten that out. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time.
Beware Told us closest parking was a 10 minute walk. Not for a fat girl with bad knees. Had to take a taxi to get back then found out there was closer and cheaper parking. Toilet would not flush. Room had an odor. Bed was comfortable though.
