I keep coming back with more work. All of the work has been done well. No returns for any issues. I have to say I am happy with the customer service, I don't ever feel pressured for more work to be ordered, and the prices are competitive for an urban garage. I have now returned 4 times I think to have more work done on my old vehicle....no issues. I will continue to bring my vehicle in and feel comfortable with the recommendations. Honest Auto my ass! I have had them work on my car 3 times. Each time I get it back, something fishy happens and I have to call them again. They are conveniently located, but that is not a good reason to use them. Save some money and hassle by going somewhere else!

Do these "star ratings" register to fractions of "one star"? When you do repairs that aren't warranted and furthermore like a bad face lift it is botched not to mention you don't own up to your mistakes? I'll let you make the decision. Would not recommend nor will I ever go back!!!

This place lives up to its name! I called in with a question about a "maintenance required" sign on my dashboard and they told me to bring it in that day and they would have someone look at it. Once I was there, they were kind, professional, and informative about the issue and actually gave me insights on how to deal with future problems myself. It was such a lovely encounter and I'm looking forward to using their services in the future.

Outstanding, by far exceeded my expectations. I just got my vehicle towed to the nearest shop from where I broke down and even on the way there, the tow truck man said he's been at his job for 21 years and assured me this was one of the best places to bring a vehicle to. I didn't even have time to call ahead before being towed there and they still got me in for a diagnosis and my problems fixed the same day. I felt it absolutely necessary to write a review to WARN folks NOT to do business here! My car had to be serviced 4 times in one month! Every week I'd have to take it back in for another problem that wasn't there before it was serviced!!!! They were NOT cooperative! My company stopped servicing their vans there too for similar reasons! They misdiagnosed my car problems, charging me for parts and labor that was not necessary only to have to bring me back in for another 500.00 of work!!!! I paid this place $161 for them to do nothing but waste my time. I went to this place 3 times and left my car there for 2 full days. All they did was keep performing the same service over and over again and it clearly wasn't working. Mike told me the next step was to put in an AC compressor so I was willing to do that. I know they have been busy so I called in Wednesday and they said they would put me on the schedule for Friday and they could get me in then. I used to work for these scam artist who are wayyy overpriced and make absurd repair recommendations that are completely unnecessary! They mark-up parts from Napa up to %200 when they're sold to a customer. This is just one example of their poor business model. I voluntarily left in order to keep my ethical morals. Stay away if you don't want to be screwed over!!!

I've been coming to Honest-1 Auto on Lyndale since I moved to Minneapolis 3 years ago. Mark and the team are always so nice, helpful and honest about what needs to be done on my car. It's super convenient to drop off and pick up later and the service is always really speedy! Appreciate this shop - it's hard to find an auto shop you can trust that won't try to fix everything to make money. Also there are always great coupons running! Thanks Honest!
