This hotel used to be so nice when the casino first opened. We had the worst overnight experience ever last night. I don't understand why the front desk staff seem to be so unprofessional. The swimming area was filled with kids that only had one adult with them so clearly they weren't suppose to all be there. It was like going to the local public pool. Horrible customer service. No toilet paper, no towels. Front desk wont answer phone. They never brought toilet paper evem after we asked for it. We will not stay here again.
Nobody answers the front desk or housekeeping phone. Still waiting for towels!!! Ghetto hotel! Only thing that was decent was the pool.
My family stayed July 4-6, 2017. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Mirrors were streaked so bad u couldn't see out of them. An inch of dust around the edges of the room. Had to ask for towels. Horrible service. The mattress of our bed was horrible. (The foot of the mattress was very elevated and the mattress stuck out about 6 inches past the box springs). Called and complained. They said they would check their inventory for another room...and we never heard back from them. We tried calling them back several ... read more
We qent to the buffet. It was $15 a person. I ate mashed potators and gravy and a roll. The choices were awful. Dried out ham, pulled pork , or dry fish. The rest of the buffet, which wasnt much were breakfast items. Keep in mind it was 3:30pm. The casino in my hometown is sooo much better. WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN!! For lunch i tried Ozzie's. St. Loius is supposed to be famous for toasted ravioli, these were plain pasta with no breading just deep fried.
The room smelled... dust was everywhere.. i had to call to request the bedding be changed...on top of that I hurt myself in the pool area had to go to the er..not one of the staff members checked to see if I was ok� they still have on the website they have microwaves in the room... there was NONE! Didn't even have a microwave in the lobby for use.. no free breakfast... the whole experience sucked... will never come back�� ..
