Please stop puffing off about how you have the "best comps" already. Been a strong mid tier player for many years here and have seen nothing but a continuing downhill spiral in the past few. Went from $800-$1K total comps per month to literally nothing {$20 for June}, when I inquired at your Players Choice Center was shocked to hear "I had not lost enough". I usually like this place, but it really sucked this time. Four of us here together and all agreed, slots took your money fast. Didnt even get to play. Never got our drinks filled at buffet and while waiting for someone to use the bathroom before we left, the bartender told me i had to buy something to use the seat i was sitting in. Not sure if i will be going back or not. Alot of other casinos to choose from that appreciate your business!
To many changes cant get a smoking room even if u ask for one
Bathroom was dirty and has not been updated since they built it. So its a little run down. Not worth the money!
Must be common practice to over book by this hotel based on the reviews. I figured, what are the chances of it being over booked on a Sunday. Sure enough, the room I paid for in advance was sold when I got there. I was forced to take a room with different bedding arrangements since there was nothing else available. They did give me complementary breakfast vouchers as breakfast is not included. 175 dollars after taxes and fees and no breakfast? We drove six hours and then had to fight for a room I paid for. Stayed on 5/4 About 20 of us got stuck in the elevator for 20 mins! Not to mention that there is no fresh air , and it was 90+ degrees out, I was ready to pass out!! It was a nightmare, before some random guy opened the doors for us. We tried calling the front desk, and the person kept hanging up on us!! The casino buffet area was discussing! Food all over the counter's, dirty plates, and silverware.
