Had a nice time because I was with a friend However the food was not very good At the end of this paragraph it says you're doing great. I did not write that and I could not get it off of this post
Jill the baartender in VIP lounge needs to be friendly with all patrons. Not just regulars or individuals of the same race. This is the second encounter I have experienced where she comes off rude or not in a hurry to wait on anybody. Maybe you guys should rotate your bartenders.
Most are rude. Nice casino though. Better than Tupelo Mississippi for sure
Ooh it was a lot to complain about. The buffet sucked from you know where. The room was decent, the lobby was more than gorgeous. We had to ask for toilet paper.
Rude staff, air conditioning didn't work in room, had to wait in lobby at check in time with approx 30 others for a room, casino staff would take drink orders then not return, buffet was horrible....and once again....the STAFF WAS RUDE!!! Will not return, rather stay at motel than return here
The worst hotel experience EVER in my life. Do not waste your money, DO NOT use this hotel. Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check-in. Lines of people waiting for a room without success despite reservations. The manager was a joke!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!
Its a nice hotel but the staff's service is terrible. I wouldn't stay here again... Especially not for the price.
