Get directionsI was shocked to come back to my favorite hoetl of my childhood and see what the Hitlon group has done to the property- it is holding on for its dear life. It is a giant antique cruise ship with sloping walls, sloping floors, old antique rigs and furnishings taken away in 2011 and cheap pink and gray motifs everywhere like a stripper club in Atlantic City. We booked a higher rate room for the fire pit experience. We were given a new room with cobb webs, cracks in the ceiling, and pencil marks on the walls for the saw to cut along. And no fire pit. Brand new building, zero attention to detail. Had to wait till 8:30pm to be moved into our new room. Mind you the restaurants on the property close at 9pm….

Booked a King room was “upgraded” upon checking in to a room with two queens with a view more like a downgrade for an anniversary. Not a surprise my partner and I were happy about after spending the amount of money that we did.

The hotel is packed with tourists who aren’t staying here—they’re just looking around because it’s historically amazing. Room is a very long walk from lobby and from elevator so it’s hard for me to walk. There is no shampoo or conditioner or lotion provided—only a tiny bar of soap. I can’t believe this room cost us $673!

El hotel recibe mucha gente que pasa por ahí para tomar fotos y entrar a Los restaurantes, lo que satura los espacios. No me gusto que después de lo que ya se había pagado, un poco caro por cierto, nos cobraron 55 dlls de impuestos extras por ser un edificio antiguo. Eso nunca lo mencionaron
Worst rooms ever . Mold . Dirty . Staff is terrible. took over an hour to get our luggage. Place sucks, honestly . The price is outrageous. Motel 6 is better .

I was offered a fee of 200 USD for an ocean view room but they didn't told me that infront of it there will be the noisiest place due a construction! I payed extra 400 usd plus daily resort fees without having the peaceful look to the ocean because literally infront of my room they was a construction taking place all the time I was there.
