Signing up for an appointment was an ordeal. Took hours to simply get an appointment. You must fix your reservation asap or you will get further complaints and those who will bypass your services

Dressing room was filthy. Fresh fecal stains on fabric and in basket. Dirty floors and chairs. No response to help call when in bathroom.

Very easy to follow directions to register and they were very prompt doing their job.
Everything was very organized and just took a few minutes. Excellent job!
Your new kiosks slow check in, especially for older people who are having trouble and slows the entire line for everyone else behind them. Some members of the front desk on check in/out are significantly more helpful than others. The X-ray tech who took my child’s image did not seem knowledgeable and was a bit condescending.

The man who put the needle in was nice but has very poor technics ! He was putting the needle into my muscle instead of veins. When he noticed the needle was not hitting any vein, he still pushed the needle further in. Then the lady in white robe (a doctor ?) said something to him, then the needle wad pulled out and inserted again in the right place…. Not sure if the lady did the correct insertion or him though. I had an appointment and was early. I still had to wait over 30 minutes pass my appointment. It cost $9.00 to park. Not happy!

I have back problems that are very painful, laying on an uncomfortable steel table was no help! This day there were 2 new people the young man really did not seem to know what he was doing, finally the supervisor came out and took care of things. I left in a lot more pain than I came with.
