Terrible wait time. We arrived on time and even filled out paperwork online ahead of them and it still took >45 min to see my baby. I had to speak to the front desk to ask what was going on and they kept saying we were next and that only 1 person knew how to do ultrasounds on babies. If that is the case then why did you schedule us at that time? Why not schedule us when the technician is actually able to do the ultrasound on the baby? Terrible experience. There were also blood stains on the waiting room chairs.

Not to excuse the poor service, but I want to share with you what is happening. Staffing at radiology centers across the country is terrible right now. We get more technologists hired and trained, and then more staff change jobs (often to hospitals where the pay is higher). Not professional at all the white male in the radiology department came out to the waiting room, asking everyone women if we were wearing a bra I think he should ask those questions in private. Or just give you the gown to change. And that’s just one of the things. They went wrong, because there were a few other ones

***Note to Admin: I mistakenly reviewed the Pasadena Labcorp on this site previously. I would like to retract that review. My experience at Huntington Hill Imaging was completely the opposite. Here is the correct review. We received excellent customer service from scheduling to ultrasound. The scheduler was very professional and gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect from the parking to the procedure itself. When we arrived we were greeted and checked in quickly. It took 3 hours to be seen. There was not enough seating for all the patients. There is not a good system to know how long the wait is. If I had known it would be that long, I would’ve left. I was accompanying my mom who is 93 years old and uses a walker. She was getting severely fatigued waiting that long. When she was taken into the room for the blood draw, the nurse just told her to go in and sit in the chair.
