Worst vet clinic ever, my dog is severely sick they where rude on the phone . I drove 73 miles to get to them and then they told me they need 150 deposit to switch the name on the paperwork. We used to bring all of our animals here and we won't anymore.. They wouldn't even see my dog. I had my credit card, but I forgot my id. I don't recommend this place to anyone.. They don't care if your dog is lying on the floor dying, its all about that extra 150$ to write a new name on paperwork..never again. I will slander this offices... read more

I wish I read the yelp reviews before going here. Firstly, the front staff was rude, and seemed pretty unprofessional. Then I heard them tell another customer that they couldn't be with their pet for a procedure, which the customer was unhappy because last time that happened their cat was injured by the staff... *****This review is long over due***** I have had a love/hate relationship with this animal hospital for some time. I especially don't like how rude the front office people have become over the years. I mean if you're that unhappy this probably isn't the right job for you. I don't know what to say except I will never go back. I wish I could score a zero! We have been there for 20+ years. The turnover rate is horrid. Front staff is not welcoming or inviting. Drs. always coming and going. We adopted a new kitty. We took her in for her well check everything was good. A month later, on a Sunday night we noticed a droopy eye. I have never had a problem with any of the staff until I saw dr grossinger. She had a bad attitude and was rude throughout the whole exam of my little princess. Then to top it off she cut my poodles nails and made her bleed....twice. And still made me pay. One other time I had my persian cat groomed and they asked if I wanted to give the groomer a tip. WHAT $80 WAS NOT ENOUGH!?!. Will not return

I have waited several weeks to post this review for several reasons...one, I wanted to be sure that I was reviewing with less emotion and two, I wanted my dog's remains back without retaliation. I will never step foot into this place again despite my dogs being patients for 3+ years. Don't get me wrong, their veterinarians are wonderful (Dr Welling and Dr Grossinger, particularly) but there are members of the front office staff that need to go...unfortunately one of them is the owner's wife and manager so that's not ever g... read more

Avoid like the plague!!! Over billing, billing for things our dog didn't get and their liar of an office manager is a rude witch. Will never go back. In my opinion dishonest as hell.

Will never go back. The front desk people were so rude . I have went this vet for40 years back when he was in old building. They have took care of my last 5 dogs puppy to old age. I have never had anyone raise their voice to me. they put me in a room and said one was ahead of me. 35 mins. later I ask them how long. She said 1 so I waited 45 minutes of people coming and going they said 2 people were in front . I wanted to know what was going on. 2 people at desk were raising their voices so I left. I have been taking my dog here for many years, even after we moved out of the area. I was comfortable with them. But, todayI dropped him off first thing in the morning for a tooth extraction. We were the first one to check in for our appointment. At 1pm they called and told me they weren't able to do the procedure because the first procedure on another dog went long.
