I brought my NEW truck in for ongoing noises with the drive line and brakes and they refused to fix the issues they know exist. On the third day they called to tell me my truck was ready and when I arrived to pick it up they hadn't done the oil change, tire rotation. They had my pickup for 3 plus days and all they did was an oil change on the 4th day. Husker Auto's idea of customer service and service management is a disaster. After choosing to invest over $82,000 in this company for a new Tahoe for my Wife in which the sales experience was quite remarkable and probably one of the best experiences imaginable while purchasing a new vehicle; particularly Farid, the sales professional who worked with us. bought a brand new 2017 chevy cruze have driven the car 8 time the farthest being 60 miles already have multiple problems with car. Called them up told them about the car didn't really seem to care. First person I talked to had an attitude about me wanting to talk with someone else. I have never experienced a ruder sales person in my life. Due to my schedule I elected to handle the purchase of a new truck by starting with the TrueCar app. The dealerships in the area which have a truck with the features I was looking for all had the same opportunity. I washed my truck at JetSplash and hand-dried it right before bringing it in for an oil change and tire rotation. For some reason, they decided to wash, but not dry it. They also changed my radio station, changed my climate control settings, changed the door lock control setting on the driver's door arm rest, and changed the driver seat position without restoring it with the memory function. Totally uncool.

I continue to visit Husker because of some service contracts that I have with them. More times than not, when I take my car in for service something happens that leaves me wanting for better service. Took my car in last week and they didn't even bother to call me to let me know if/when my car was done. I finally called 45 minutes before they closed and had to speak with multiple people just to finally get the third person to tell me my car was ready. I dealt with Husker Auto Group when I decided it was time to buy my first car. I came in knowing what car I wanted and the price range I could afford. Initially, I dealt with a younger gentleman that was not very experienced. I test drove a car and began filling out the paper work to apply for a loan for THAT car. When I was almost finished with the paper work, I was told that someone had actually already bought that car and that I had to pick a different one. Update: I can now add that this place is all-around terrible. Last week I had to get my truck serviced. When I called, I was encouraged by an upbeat voice, and them explaining everything to me. They explained that the process would take approximately 2 hours, and they would have a shuttle for me, so I planned my day accordingly.
