Don’t recommend it The note says that the linens are changed every 3 days. I saw this AFTER I had slept on the bed. I might have slept in sheets that god knows who slept in. The bathroom smelled like pee and one roll of paper somewhat used. There was a contact on the floor…meaning that the bathroom was not well cleaned. We stayed there two nights. Was originally given a room on the 5th floor that was extremely hot and would not cool down. Was then given a room on the first floor but it was a handicapped room and was not told this when being switched. The room, while larger, the shower was terrible only a handheld shower head available and is handicapped accessible so the water goes everywhere and makes a huge mess when showering. Wondering if the sheets were washed previous to us checking in. Found hair and other bits. Especially on pull out bed sheets. Had to ask for clean ones. Also had to ask for blankets for pullout bed.

Hyatt needs to review this property. 2 stars No housekeeping services for 4 days. Every time we asked, the front desk told us it would be taken care of. On the 3rd day I asked what their housekeeping service policy was since no one showed up. They said housekeeping needs to be requested. We said no one told us. The sink was backed up. The breakfast was sub-par with powdered eggs and very few fresh choices. Coffee kept running out. Friendly staff but housekeeping was a no show.
