The first room didn't have a blackout shade. The second room the TV controller didn't have a battery cover.
The room needed some repairs
We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. No bed sheets were changed. Breakfast was terrible. We are frequent travelers this was our worst experience. We paid $184 Per night. We had to ask for clean towels. We requested the Manager ever day to please correct the situation but, nothing was done. We were part of 6 people and had 3 delux rooms. We will never stay at Hyatt.
