Worst app ever! You can be standing at the aqualink control and constantly push the button, try to connect, try to open the app, try to click a time zone, it's pointless I've spent 30 minutes and it should not be this difficult.

I don't know who is reviewing this app while it is functional but servers are always down and there is no smart home or any other outside interface to it. Feel like I should be banging rocks together like a neanderthal with such a low-tech solution

So a year has come and gone. No update. Do not look at the competitors app. Blows this away. Telling people to go with pentair for now. Shame. I'll probably switch too. Thank you for the reply and letting us know you're working in an update, but without any update on time, and over a year, I'd assume that are empty promises. Either you're making new equipment which won't help me, or, your software team isn't too good as you should be able to pick out an app these days quickly.

Still SUCKS! The only thing that sucks more are people who say how well theirs works and try to passively state how they think all the bad reviews are from people who don't know what they're doing. Yours works...congrats, mine doesn't and wireless signal is NOT the problem. I can't believe anyone gives this positive reviews. Horrible customer service. Have been trying to get my issues resolved for weeks. They take forever to respond and their suggestions are always things I've tried a million times. So frustrated!

This app stopped working within the past few months. It has contained messages about having known issues bit now here we sit in the summer months in Texas without any ability to control my pump schedule. Totally unsatisfied!

This app is so frustrating. Almost every time I use it and push a button my selection hardly ever executes. Then I get a No Connection error message and can't log in for a couple of minutes. When I finally get back in I am fighting with the app to have my selection take. Very difficult to use. Tried using it on a Samsung and iPhone, same result. My Internet is strong, this is the ONLY item I have trouble with in my whole house.
App has been flakey since day one and after a year of constant issues after every update I'm about over it... So sick of uninstalling and reinstalling just to fix issues. Three different devices and two different routers later I can only blame zodiac maintenance of it's servers over and over. Come on guys what is it now like 4 updates in two months and now my systems off as I know it's costing me a good chunk a cash in electric just by the sound of my pump.
