I'm not sure why they switched apps. The other worked great and was intuitive. The setup on this app is atrocious. You have to go to their full site which is not optimized for mobile and so requires a lot of scrolling up-down-left-right. And then you have to input a lot of data. I felt like I was signing up for a checking account not activating an app. After all that, you get a warning there are apparently two functions not working properly. The check deposit is also worse. Overall a bad new launch.

I spent 40 minutes trying to get logged on !!!! Still wasnt able to tried again this morning, no luck. Someones really bad idea! I use the old app daily 😟

I can't even get past the temporary password part without the app stopping in the middle of it! Why fix something if it isn't broke!!!#@$
I'm furious. This app shows that I have money in my account but says I have over drawn. Obviously this had to happen when my branch was closed for the night so I have to take time tomorrow to see what is going on with my account. I thought the point of a banking app was to make life easier. Not to be a huge headache. If I have to pay a overdraft fee just because I couldn't correctly check my account I am going to be done w/ICCU. Btw, thanks for wasting all my data just to set up this app.

You need to work out the bugs befor you force a new app onto us i cant even log in and its asking security questions that arent right

App sucks, no notice (get my usual emails, but nothing about system change). Can see my accounts, but last transactions I can see are from last October. Half of the text in the app is mirrored. Terribly unprofessional. This is exactly why real developers test before release.
