Took me 2 days to be able to even get in. I spent half hour on hold the day i finally got to a representative to be able to even get access to my phone app. The new app. Is also very slow and wont save my info ro be able to quick access it. Then to close the app I have to physically force it to stop it wont allow you to simply back out.

I can't see the entire screen. I have to continue to scroll side to side, back and forth, it is very inconvenient.

I'm having trouble even opening the app. Being patient for the kinks to be worked out. I strongly believe we should still have access to the old app for those of us who don't require the new details people have been asking for. Also this new app is designed for a computer not Mobil phones.

It's taken me 3 days to get into the app so I can manage my accounts! This was very poorly updated

Dislike new app very much! Does not show my checking account and the chat line is so big it is hard to communicate with the individual.
