So sick of STILL not being able to remote deposit! Why can't you guys fix this!?! I'm not the only one with this issue!
I need this app only for mobile deposit. I've tried everything and cant get mobile deposit to work. Every time "Submission Error" "An unexpected error occurred while trying to deposit the check"
It'd be nice if it wasn't so hard to use absolute pain in the butt they make it so hard to log on this not even worth it I rather deal with them inside the office easy branch on the phone just an absolutely miserable sight to be honest it's not worth the one star
This app used to work great. Not so much the last couple months. App is extremely slow and crashes. Can't even view transaction history without it crashing. Much easier to use my other credit union app. Thinking of ditching my ICCU account and just use other credit union.
So for what ever reason the new update won't allow me to do anything but look at my accounts. Can't transfer money can't even log out!!!!!
The first month or so it worked great was easy to access had a very simple easy to use feel. However after that it would shut down before opening and it glitched, not show you your real account balances. I've uninstalled an reinstalled so many times its annoying. I wanted to use this app so I wouldn't have to go to the bank. So that I could feel at ease using my card and knowing right then an there what I had at my disposal. Now I cant. If it was fixed I'd use it agin. But who knows when that will be.
Can't log in without it attempting fingerprint id and messing up. Can't find a way to disable it so i can just use pin. Used to be an excellent app! Please fix.
App used to work great but now I can't pay my bills with it because it doesn't let you confirm payment anymore. I click the confirm payment button and it does absolutely nothing. So instead I have to click on full website. It's so frustrating and annoying!!!!
I live in a small town that does not have an actual ICCU here, I rely on the mobile deposit. Well...that's a joke in itself considering it never works on my husbands phone (who earns the checks) and rarely works on mine. I'm about ready to switch banks.
