Patrick has a handsome personality and patience in explaining. Throughout the process Patrick would explain options but also had an ear to address any concerns that my tone of voice would express. I had a great experience with Todd Roberts. He really understood what I was looking for while refinancing my car loan. My experience was very fast and he got my loan funded within a couple of days. This is the 2nd vehicle I've had with Inova, but it won't be the last. Thank you again Todd and Inova.

Overall my experience was good and my loan went quickly. There was just one issue that happened when I was offered to add life insurance to my loan over the phone and was reluctant, but was talked into it. Once received loan paperwork to sign and read the policy on the life insurance I decided I did not want it. Let my lender know immediately. He called me and was upset the I was declining it. I felt his demeanor towards me was unprofessional. But, loan was finished next day. So, I was pleased it was done and not drawn out.
