Birdeye and Dubuque Data Systems (DDS) Integration
Dubuque Data Services (DDS) is a dealership management systems (DMS) used by automotive dealers and dealerships. DDS user can manage parts invoicing, parts costing, bar code scanning, sales, upsells, appointments, real-time cost reporting, document archiving and many other accounting and payroll features with the software.
Birdeye integrates with DDS to help businesses send out review requests to their customers. The DDS-Birdeye integration gives you the ability to send fully automated review requests to your customers via SMS or email.
