The casino gave me a dirty room didn't realize it till I climbed into bed and realized the sheets hadn't been changed because there was dirty socks from the previous client in my bed so at 2 o'clock in the morning I was calling the front desk to get housekeeping which was not available At 2 AM so I had to change my own beds at 2 o'clock in the morning. Probably would not have stayed here if I knew that they would not refresh my room. Stayed 3 nights and got the “Stink Eye” from staff when I asked for more towels. I asked if they could refresh and was told that they don’t do that. So disappointed!

I liked the casino a lot. What I didn't like was that whenever my husband and I go out to dine, we always make sure that we tell the waitress and cook that my husband is allergic to onions. Somehow, the cooks never take its serious! They still put onions on the side of his steak. The manager came and got his plate and had the cook prepare another one. Its a casino. S went in to play and have fun. Ordered a shot. 8 dollars a half of a shot in a plastic cup arrived. What a cheap joke. We only played a few and left.

They double charged me

I stay at a hotel that has a pool and hot tube. Both were broke. Front desk having problems with their computers. Had to go to the back office to encode the keys for the room. Go to room. Keys don't works.
