This was booked thru Expedia. It was paid in full online before arrival. The front desk hostess was completely RUDE. She charged our credit card again for 100.00 and said it would be returned in 3-5 days and it was in the FINE PRINT. I will also file complaint with EXPEDIA. DON'T STAY HERE. There is also no complementary breakfast.

The shower took about five minutes of running wster for hot water. There was hair on the shower tile wall from the last person who showered.

Stood in line to check in at 4 PM with several other people. Went to room to find it already occupied!! Embarrassing for both parties. We took our bags & went back down to the lobby, finally got someone’s attention (because we weren’t about to stand in line a second time) we were assigned another room in the opposite tower, which I didn’t originally book, as we wanted a water view, but figured we would be on the floor gambling anyway, so didn’t make a fuss. Did not like resort fees. We already paid for the room so resort fees were extra

The check in was very chaotic, the rooms are average, no free breakfast and the beds are extremely lumpy. Not worth the price.
