I was dissapointed the room did not have a safe, microwave, or openable window.

Very disappointing stay At this hotel I have stayed at this hotel casino many times throughout the years. I even made a family reunion for 75 people one year ago in the hotel. There were absolutely no amenities to keep you in the hotel when it came to food. Everything but Kellers Xpress was closed. It makes it very inconvenient when you want to continue to game as a customer and enjoy the overall facility. Food at the steakhouse was poor quality and most was luke warm or cold. Definitely not worth the price. There were french fries under the desk area so housekeeping could be better. We docked our boat at the marina and someone attempted to steal it breaking our ignition

We found bed bug in the room took forever for staff to come and deal with the issue we ended up going to the help desk where we waited for someone to come upstairs because the security girl was in training and did not know what to do, finally one security came and was helpful but in 4 days nobody contacted us regarding the matter even if we were told so.When we contacted the hotel for two days management was not available and they will not even provide information to Expedia. The stay was great, however the casino security staff was very unprofessional and rude.

The air in our room was broken, felt 100 degrees, told the front desk in the morning, (there were 4 of us in the room so didn't want to switch to a new room in the middle of the night) front desk said thank you for letting me know, I'll send maintenance up after you check out.... not an apology of discount on a future stay...wasn't happy, we were all exhausted the next morning

Upgraded to a junior suite but the soaking tub wouldn’t drain and the water was luke warm. After complaining, we had to wait for maintenance to come in to fix it. Day two, tub wouldn’t drain again. Complained again but was told that there was no manager on site and no general manager on site on Mondays. No management at all on site. Had to ask for contact information in order to try to get a refund but have not heard anything from anyone. Disappointing.

Dissatisfied won’t be back No maid service/only had coffee one morning/I paid for 2 nites I expect same service each day! Kids running up and down halls late into evening! Had to unload suitcases and carry about a city block to hotel from parking lot!!
