I called to see if I could check in early and was told that shouldn’t be a problem. Not only were there numerous available but she told me to take pick which floor then charged me for early check in-it was less than an hour by the way and charged me for more expensive room without my knowledge. The room is filthy, and freezing cold.

Unfortunately not a great place to stay. They had one person at the front-desk during a check-in rush. I made my way to the self-service kiosk, which was fine, but did a poor job of telling me where to go to find the room (I of course went to the wrong tower at first). Maid service was completely non-existent, I had to call just for fresh towels during my 3-night stay. It's a casino, so lots of areas reek of cigarettes, despite being in a non-smoking room. Urine stains on sheets, along with food debris, when complained to front desk they gave us a new room but it was a hour turn around time. Because we booked with a third party hotel claimed they could not make it right for us, ie comp room or food. Terrible experience, will never come here again, ceasars is in charge of this mess, unbelievable

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s been clean and always smells fresh- NOT today we walk in the room to a dirty pillow case on the floor! Gross!! Call down to desk no answer. So we leave and run to target to get cleaning wipes and clean the tables and the bathroom counter where hair was still in the sink from what looked like someone shaving! The floors and walls in our room have stuff splatted on them and a stain on the floor of some sort. A shampoo is definitely needed on the floors. I feel gross laying in the bed

Very smelly hotel with terrible slot machines!! Will definitely not be going back!
