I don’t like a 4:00 check in. I don’t care for the fact that the hotel O am staying at is hard to contact by phone. You have to go through to many channels. My room was a smoking room. I didn’t know smoking rooms existed. A booger was on the wall in the bathroom. Dirty corners of the room. Receipts from previous guest was in the clothes closet. Bring Your Own Food and More Several problems with this poorly run hotel. Dinner restaurant is absurdly expensive, food not very good and no substitutions permitted even if you have dietary restrictions. Breakfast choice is pitiful and that's being polite. Friend in another room sweated all nite --thermostat would not turn off heat and then no hot water for shower despite letting water run for 15 minutes.

They charge to your credit card a facility fee. We didn’t us anything except the room and we paid that when we booked. That is something you need to know up front. Food hard to find that hotel, it’s more of a snack bar.

I travel for work and chose this property for safety reasons. Since it is a casino and hotel I reasoned that security would be top notch. IT IS NOT! My catalytic converter was literally sawed off the bottom of my car in the parking garage. When I asked to speak to security, I was informed that this has happened a few times in the past few days. Disappointed We have stayed here a few times and were always happy with the cleanliness and service. This time, although paying an increased nightly fee, when entering the room it was clear the bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The smell of the shower curtain spread through the room. As it was late, we told the front desk the next morning about the odor. We also requested fresh towels for that day. When we returned in the evening nothing had been done. Booked a king size bed initially got to hotel wanted to get a double bed .that double bed was in the south tower smokers room and the lady at the desk charged me a fee to down grade Last 2 times I have gotten bad service here .
