the web site leads you to believe there is a safe in every room, which is not correct, safes are only in the suites. We reserved a king, however a king was not available on check in, we were put in a 2 queen room and told to ask at the desk the next day. Wasn’t greeted at the front desk for twenty minutes. Once I was approached, the room assigned to me was not up to usual cleaning standards. I enjoy this hotel but was very disappointed this time. Ruined my night stay here.

Not worth the money. The room was definitely not worth the price. The duvet cover was two flat sheets the duvet was bundled in, came unsecure within minutes of climbing into bed, no sheet on the bed, the pillows were the size of throw pillows which it was a king bed so that was strange. The service wasn’t overly friendly, wouldn’t say rude but certainly not pleasant. There are better hotels for your money in Bettendorf, for sure. We will not be going back.

We stayed a Sunday night and want d to get breakfast on Monday morning. Non of the eateries on the property were open for breakfast. Very disappointed.

It's ok if you like paying to cut there grass and pay ground fee"s to play there and loose your money !!! Tunica MS million times better !

Never again!!!!! We had to stay in the area because of weather and thought this hotel would be nice because of having restaurants. Upon check in I was told that I had to put a credit card on file which was fine. Upon check out I was told there was a $10 charge (this was not told to me at check in) because I booked on another site, even though my total included taxes and fees. Very disappointing. Booked this for $72 at the end it was $135. Then the hotel shuttle wasn’t available to take me to airport. Big waste of time and money

I stayed here 10 years ago and thought it was nice. Ten years later, nothing has changed - in a bad way. Same TV (seriously), same bed and furniture, and limp flat pillows. Desperate need for an update
