The room was nice, but if you’re not a smoker, stay away!!!! The front desk is near the Casino entrance and the smoke smell gave me a headache immediately. The room was non-smoking, but as soon as you enter the elevator or common areas it was filled with smoke. I would NOT stay here again.

The hotel/casino was fine, but they charged my credit card for each room and each night an additional $10.00 for a total of $40.00!!! I was upset and questioned it at check in and they said they could not do anything about this....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will not stay here again due tothis!!!

MATTRESS WAS WAY TO SOFT AND PILLOWS WERE TO HARD. HAD TWO VERY UNEASY NIGHTS OF SLEEP. ROOM WAS CRAMMED.

Check in was a good experience. The first night of our stay was decent until we woke up and there was ants everywhere in our room. We called the front desk and it took them 3 hours to get us another room. This was after going down to the front desk 3 times and calling multiple times.

Room was clean, but worn, as was a lot of areas of the hotel and casino. One key card didn’t always work. Pool was on the small side, with no water or soft drinks available. The restaurant we wanted to try was closed and we had to eat at the buffet where everything was overdone. No entertainment other than the gambling. We didn’t stay the night.

Room was standard. Walls thin could hear people in the next room to us. Very disappointed that our shower did not work. It was either too hot or too cold; no in between.
