Couldn’t take 1 more night of those beds Hard beds, okay food but overall limited and poor quality, no clear non-smoking area in casino, hotel showing it’s age with bubbling wall paper and water marks in bathrooms.

Room did not feel clean. Nightstand was sticky. Tried to walk barefoot on rug and that even felt sticky.

Dnt do it. They lie about what suites you are assigned to, don’t refund you even if you have no choice but to stay there after not being able to cancel reservations after driving far distances to this place that was hyped up by many for no reason or at the very least a complimentary stay for their mistakes and their house keeping is lack luster not to mention sticky hallways in front of elevators, unstable feeling elevators, parking garage could use repavement, would not recommend ordering suites here because if you do all y... read more

Very dirty and unclean. I have stayed at this property for the past 5 years when I come into town for business. The hot tub was brown and so dirty. Grout was falling out of my shower and the charging outlets on the table lamps did not work. I travel all the time for work and this was by far the most unpleasant stay I have ever had.

Found used tissues under the bathroom sink. Which during covid should have never happened. Wont stay there again.
