Bathroom was dirty! Staff was friendly, but rooms were very disappointing. The casino wasn't very good either.

A dump! Found this on line headed to another destination - it was late and needed a room - what a mistake - everything was dirty, run down, cpt was worn and a nonsmoking room smelled of old smoke
check in staff(wonderful) Hotel room service(poor) My stay at the Isle Of Capri Hotel/Coral Reef Dundee Lula Mississippi (room 1041)was horrible. The carpet was nasty, there were spiders and spider webs, the top sheet on one of the beds was dirty, the shower nozzle didn't work, the wall air condition unit didn't work (blew hot air), and room service didn't make up the beds or clean the room. sucked bad will not be coming back terrible house keeping was a mess didnt clean the room last guest left they underwear i took pictures wish i could post them on here they didnt come get the trash like normal hotels do never again

Not a nice stay!!! The beds are very comfortable. The sunlight beaming in is horrible. Who wants to be awaken by the sun after playing slots all night. They charged my credit card multiply times. No hot water for a shower! The front dest staff is very rude! Over priced Buffett!!!
Not impressed our room was one of the furthest ones from the casino and restaurants, and the buffet was too expensive and the food was not all that great. no wi fi available and the hotel clerk was kind of rude. We will never go there again or recommend this hotel.

Clarksdale Juke Joint Festival Stay The hotel/casino was in the middle of nowhere, it was dated and in need of an update/renovation. Upon our arrival, and as soon as we walked into the lobby, the smell of smoke was overwhelming from the casino. And although we had a non-smoking room, once inside there was more than a faint smell of smoke in our room. Additionally, unlocking the door with our room card key was a "hit and miss" situation. A Hotel 6 with a casino. The hotel is showing its age, carpet stained and the bedspread ripped. Only rooms available close to the Juke Joint Festival. Previously the hotel had provided shuttle service to the festival, but Management decided to cancel for 2016. I may have to drive a little further next year, as I will not be returning to this hotel. I will commend the hourly staff. They were happy to assist with any needs.
