Had to call security 3 times for a loud room next door nothing was done
The hotel needs work on carpet dirty, no refrigerator, bathroom needs work overall the bed was okay
Keep driving Very out dated hotel for being part of Caesars. Most of the place closed down. Asked for another blanket….none clean. Asked for two sheets instead and they never brought them. Called the next day for the sheets and two bath towels as there was 4 people and two bath towels. No clean towels. No towels at the pool. One place to eat and multiple table games of the same game. Poor selection
I wont be back. Vending machines broken. 2 did work but had expired chips. Coke machine also worked but very hard to accept dollar bills. Only one restaurant. Few menu choices. Overpriced 13$ burger fries drink. No food incentives. $15 new member play if you have no card with any casinos related or owned by this large chain. Very few 25 cent machines with 2 coin max play. Room # 1050 When we entered the room the toilet was running loud. My husband took the top off to try and stop it. There was a can sitting inside that was blocking the flap from closing. The toilet was dirty and the water looked like oil. I flushed it twice to clean it. The sink had hair in it . The floor was dirty and also with hair. This place was dirty and not prepared for guest none of the vending machines worked they never cleaned lobby or vending machine or hall area,s i requested just towel and garbage service during my stay we never recieved clean towels are whole stay or had our garbage emptied unless we did it customer service was very poor spoke with the front dest superviser about what we needed during our stay he did not follow through with his staff very unprofessional im still waiting on the property manager to call me bed linen was not pro... read more
