Very unsatisfied! The checkin was a nightmare. The gal could not find our reservation and was rude and unhelpful. I had confirmation no. But she didn’t care. The room was filthy. Carpet was indescribable. The door was locked and no one around for us to check out or get a receipt in the morning. Talked to three other guests who were very unhappy!
Hotel outdated, carpet in room 1024 was just filthy, air not peoperly working and vents rusted our. As much money they take in I would they would invest some into the rooms.
Had to call security 3 times for a loud room next door nothing was done
The hotel needs work on carpet dirty, no refrigerator, bathroom needs work overall the bed was okay
