This place is a joke! Not recommend...Checking in was quick no issue. The lobby to the our none smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet looks as though it never saw a vacuum or a good steamed clean. The walls were stained and baseboards dirty. The smoke detector was hanging off. The staff in the casino were rude. I asked for a bottle water and everyone sent me to find some lady wearing black. No one once directed me the vending machine. I really wanted to like this place.

Need Major Upgrades No valet parking for the hotel. Couldn't check-in until 3pm. No option given. No breakfast. No pull out couch or couch. No iron/board in the room. One tiny bar of soap. No trash bags. No microwave in the room. Everything was not there for the coffee maker. Couldn't make coffee. No free wifi. Weak signal for phone services. No suite style room options. Unkempt, dirty, no fridge, no microwave, no liners in waste baskets, no iron and no ironing board. No food avaiable other than vending machines.

The room wasn’t clean, and there were some kind of bug fly around in the room! They had to give me another room. It wasn’t to much better. I will not be going back there.
The hotel part of the casino had very good security. The hotel room was filthy. Carpets had stains n burn marks. I wore my shoes the whole time.
