Horrible The hotel was dirty rundown and smelled terrible! Wouldn’t recommend to my enemies!
Nasty
Avoid like the plague it is This place is falling apart. My friend's phone got stolen with 5 security guards within sight. Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter from the parking lot. The room was nasty, nothing worked right. The tub wouldn't drain. Everything smells horrible
Very limited on gaming, no real restaurant, no coffee bar
Faulty Keycard system Price was not worth the stay. None of the keys worked the entire stay so security had to call maintenance every time you needed in your room guests were literally sitting on floor in hallways waiting to get in all throughout day and night. Never had this experience before at this property.
There was a mouse in our room and roaches crawling on the walls. Pics taken for proof.
Their systems were down so after waiting around for a couple of hours to check in I left to another property. G BIGGEST issue is Expedia did not notify me of any issue and when I notified them of my issue the DID NOT respond, so I was left to manage the situation myself. I will also say that if ANY charges show up from this location I'm gonna be realllly pissed.
