The room was not as clean as i would like. The have not been vaccum the toilet had hair on the seat. We had problem each time we had to re-enter the room. The key only worked one time then it want work again. The room was not as we thought.
Disgusting The room smelled like mildew and it was extremely dirty. We went to the front desk when we woke up because we arrived at at 2am and they brushed us off as though the complaints were not valid.
Never checked in the hotel. My deposit for my room was 100 dollars instead of 50.00. But on the website it states 50.00
My stay was not good this time around.
WORST CASINO HOTEL CONDITIONS EVER Worst casino hotel I’ve ever experienced. Usually casino hotels are great, but this one IS NOT. I’ve spent the same amount for a room at other casinos and they took pride in their hotels and they were immaculate. This is THE WORST. We stayed 4 nights there while filming a movie in Clarksdale. I had to chase down the house keeping for new towels and toilet paper. They never came and clean my room. Didnt have a microwave or refrigerator and needs to be dusted a lot of spider webs
First,I didn’t like the cost, I felt the price gouging is unacceptable! I was asked to pay a deposit upon check in. Not acceptable for room to not have lights in the room! And no one to repair the problem. Very disappointed
