We checked in on Wednesday and stayed till Sunday. The maid never knocked on my door which was fine until I started running out of clean towels and toilet paper . When I stopped the maid in the hall she said she would get me some but next time I had to call the front desk and ask for it . I was not told at check in about this . The girl that checked us in barely said 2 words to us and acted as if we were inconveniencing her . We have stayed here a lot and never been treated like this . Very overpriced for an old, shabby hotel. Be prepared to walk a lot because it is very spread out. Curtis was very helpful and changed us to a room closer to the parking lot. He was the only one that really helped 2 old ladies. No valet, limited help with our luggage.

The check in staff did not give good directions to our room and we had to walk too far. My husband is disabled and it was hard on him. The room was cold and no way to get heated.

No ironing board, no DO NOT DISTURB sign, no mention of items that you may have forgotten such as shower cap or toothpaste, no fresh smell in room or hallways.

Not my favorite place The smoke from the casino could be smelled over in the hotel! It was miserable! Also just cosmetically it needed work

They charge a lot of money for the room, no continental breakfast in the morning, do not offer anything in the evening, the rooms are old and deserted, it reminds me of a motel and instead of hotel and casino. Furthermore it halfway closed! It's sad they charge this amount of money for a motel
