Nothing! Rude, rude, rude!
3x the price of a cheap motel with half the service. All exterior hotel doors are locked. LONG walk if you get a room on the South end of the hotel. Only food available is at a small grill. Impossible to get a cold drink there from 10pm-10am. All vending machines broken Ice machines inoperable. We went to another town to buy a cooler and drinks and ice. No housekeeping service. The staff was very friendly. The ice room was very dirty for our entire stay. The coffee small sitting area was very dirty as well. The floor was dirty and sticky as well as the tables. I killed several small bugs in my room. The room was clean.
The place should be torn down and start all over!!!!! I stay at a lot of Casinos and this one is the poorest I have ever seen. The room access is a couple of hundred yards from check in desk through a SMOKE FILLED casino the evidently has zero ventilation. I came to gamble and never visited the casino except to get to my room!!!!! The only amenity in the room was a broken coffee pot but didnt matter, there was only one pack of decaf anyway. Very unsatisfied! The checkin was a nightmare. The gal could not find our reservation and was rude and unhelpful. I had confirmation no. But she didn’t care. The room was filthy. Carpet was indescribable. The door was locked and no one around for us to check out or get a receipt in the morning. Talked to three other guests who were very unhappy!
Hotel outdated, carpet in room 1024 was just filthy, air not peoperly working and vents rusted our. As much money they take in I would they would invest some into the rooms.
