Satisfied with my experience I sold the crypto in my iTrust IRA account to move the cash back to another IRA account with a traditional brokerage firm. I am grateful for the support received from Andrea (Revenue Analyst). She was super prompt and responsive to all questions and made the transfer painless. Pretty happy with the service Pretty happy with the service. They were excellent moving my money from my original 401k. The website is very easy to use and to sell and trade. I'm not thrilled with the 1% fees every single time to trade which includes both selling and buying, this adds up if you do much movement in your account. I'm very happy to be able to put my 401k in crypto, so all in all it is worth it for sure. Just lower the trading fees, or only do it on the buy and not the sell would be nice.

Five stars for the concept, four stars for features Five stars for the concept. That really is the most important aspect--tax advantaged crypto investments. The upside of a Roth IRA in this space is phenomenal. Customer service is also top notch and costs are reasonable, at least for a crypto IRA (ultimately, the 1% trading fee will have to come down with competition increasing, but it's the least expensive around for now). Hello Timothy, As we mentioned previously, we were under a Denial of Service attack that caused stability issues with our website temporarily. There was no threat to customer funds, but it simply caused the website to go down temporarily. Overall great service and low cost; missing interest accounts Overall great service and low cost. I think ITrust should start focusing on interest baring accounts for clients and even becoming validaters in crypto networks. Being part of the network for each crypto they support I think is important for the future of the space.
