The only reason I don't give 5 stars is… The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the lack of a customer service phone number. Not unusual for crypto companies but I would not give five to any of them until that changes. The high fees should more than cover the cost. iTrust fees are lower than others but still high. Maybe, as the industry matures, the fees will improve. I am otherwise, very happy with iTrust. I have investigated others and would, recommend iTrust. "Just say no" to capital gains tax!
I rated them a 3 because even though… I rated them a 3 because even though their rates are lower their crypto prices are significantly highly priced. When you purchase a crypto as well the figures between the fee and the price of crypto does not add up. When you want to sell also their crypto value suddenly drops as well. And then there is a fee in addition to that.
I'm very pleased with iTrust Capital I'm very pleased with iTrust Capital. One thing I especially like about them is their insurance against a possible hack of my account. I wish they had more crypto offerings but basically I'm happy with what they offer right now. I'm able to buy pretty much what I want.
Im new to crypto Im new to crypto. So far i've had a very good experience. I transferred an existing IRA to iTrustCapital. Was quick and easy and good customer service. Always room for improvement, Would like more coin selection and options. But im very happy and i will recommend to others.
Great company I was able to transfer a portion of my Roth IRA to iTrustcapital in about a week. The process was simple and their platform is very easy to understand. This company is very transparent with fees and they offer a nice variety of cryptos to invest in. I look forward to seeing my account grow over the next decade or more.

Don't wait to open an iTrust Capital account The process of setting up an account and transferring funds from my existing IRA was incredibly easy, and fast. Overall very good Overall very good! I appreciate the ever expanding selection of cryptocurrency options. To be excellent I would love to see more trading tools. The cryptocurrency market does not sleep, however I do from time to time. At a minimum the ability to place limit orders is an essential tool!
