Completely new experience for this 60+… Completely new experience for this 60+ year old crypto newbie. I really appreciated the easy to understand process to set-up an IRA and transfer funds to it. Without their excellent service I probably would still be thinking about taking the step. Truly excellent service provided.
Being charged for what First, the $25 charge every month is for what?? I waited a month for my $7,700 to be transferred. I’m not impressed with losing money as soon as I transfer it. So I’m being charged to lose money? I’m not with this.

Hello Carrie, We submitted your transfer form to your previous custodian within 24 hrs of you returning it to us. The delay was due to Millennium Trust not processing and sending your funds in a timely manner. It does not benefit iTrust to delay clients from funding their accounts quickly. And to clarify, the monthly account fee is $29.95, which covers all platform maintenance and, more importantly, unlimited institutional custody of client assets through Coinbase Custody and Curv. Don’t be scared off by Trumps statement, he is very wealthy but doesn’t control currency. When the shift comes all the big players will jump in and the American dollar will become the new peso.
iTrust is a much better option The transfer from my existing crypto Roth account with a different company to my new iTrust crypto Roth was very easy and happened much quicker than I had expected it to.
