Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda MX5 online and needed to have it inspected and I wanted them to perform a comprehensive inspection of the car as I didn't have the opportunity to inspect it prior to purchase (it came with a warrantee). Love this place. Wish I'd of know about JAM 35 years ago when I purchased my first foreign vehicle. I live in Norfolk, so it's a bit of a drive to Holland Rd., but from the front to the back, the folks are kind and professional. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
