Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Great service and advice
A company with integrity. They are fast, efficient and reasonable. Japanese Atuo Masters has been servicing our cars for years. We are no longer living in VA but schedule our maintenance with them when we travel back to visit family. Japanese Auto Masters is the best.

One word, terrific! Japanese Auto Masters will be servicing my vehicles for a long time. They are honest, trustworthy, and take extra time to make sure your vehicle is well taken care of. After the repairs were done the owner took my vehicle on a test drive to make sure that everything was working correctly. Then he called me to explain his experience and confirm the job was complete.
