Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Since my first visit to Japanese Auto Masters over 20 years ago, I've had consistently great experiences with the Japanese Auto Masters. They have earned my trust in each interaction. I highly recommend them.
I am very please with the shop it is nice to find a nice and friendlyy shop. I have talk to tom the owner and like how he made feel. I bad experience withe holland road ,mias, and firestone I wish i knew of the shop before the other shop rip me off .
as a regular customer it was a professional experience as always.
