Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

David at the front desk spent about 15-20 minutes with me when I first went in to discuss a "rattle" in the front end of my Honda Element. No other service representative has ever given me that much time!! He listened to what I was saying and made suggestions. I took the vehicle in and they kept it several days, letting numerous service techs drive the vehicle about 7-8 times. I could not have asked for better service and attention.
