Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I thought I was killing my battery by not closing the door all the way and that's what I told Joe, my main guy. But they didn't take my word for it and found that actually my brake lights were draining the battery. Who knew? They did! Best People/Place/Service Ever!

All employees are friendly, kind and professional. Explanation of the problem and plan of action is given in understandable detail. The follow through is competent and reliable. As an added bonus, great thought was given to the customer waiting room - coffee center, comfortable seating and a clean bathroom. Every aspect of service shows a respect for customers and respect for the quality of work provided.
We have been taking our vehicles to Japanese Auto for years ever since a friend recommended them. Trustworthy, reliable, helpful is only a snapshot of their business.
