Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Quick and painless as usual! This is an upstanding business as far as customer service and quality of work. That isn't easy to find!
I took my car in for the annual Virginia required check. I called in advance to find out when it would be convenient to bring the car. They gave me a time. I put my key in the lock box the night before. They called early the next morning to tell me all was fine and I could pick up the car at my convenience. They gave me my check-up report and spotted a couple of things I should get fixed in the near future. I have used them in the pass for problems with my car and they are always professional and courteous.
