Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I bought my wife's car after she experienced the vehicle pulling to the right and a loss of power. Expecting the worst, it was quickly diagnosed simply as the bead needing to be resealed on the left front tire. As for the loss of power, JAM did find an initial delay, but state that once the throttle is open the vehicle is good to go. Once again I would like to thank JAM for quickly offering a reliable and cost effective alternative.

Had new tires mounted, oil change, and state inspection. JAM is very responsive, competent, and reasonably priced.

Cannot comprehend why someone would take their vehicle to a dealer or other service facility and endure the indifference from the service manager(s) and the gamble of getting serviced by a competent, responsible, friendly mechanic like JAM has. The donuts are not that great and I don't need a manicure.....
