About this business

Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I had an emergency repair and didn't have an appointment but they worked me in anyway. Everyone is always friendly and I trust their work 100%..

WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE FOLKS FROM JAPANESE AUTO MASTERS SINCE 1988 WHEN THEY WERE LOCATED ON A SIDE STREET IN THE OCEANA AREA OF VA. BEACH. THEN THEY MOVED TO LONDON BRIDGE ROAD AND NOW HOME IS ON HOLLAND ROAD. IT HAS BEEN QUITE A POSITIVE JOURNEY. THE REPAIRS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NEEDED AND TOP NOTCH. THE ATMOSPHERE ONE OF FRIENDSHIP AND A BIT OF FUN. AND THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE ! I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND NEVER GOTTEN A COMPLAINT. GIVE THEM A TRY, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. Another satisfying experience with this shop. Went because of a Maintenance Required light on my dashboard. This could have been an opportunity to tell me something needed to be fixed. Instead I was told I only needed the light reset as I had had an oil change one month ago. I would not take my car anywhere else!
