Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

These guys are great, I have used them for over 15 years to service all my cars. I drive several miles to the shop when I need work done and it's well worth it. It was hard for me to find a shop I could trust so I hope they stay in business forever. Very professional and always up front with me.

The JAM staff is always courteous and efficient. They know my older car quite literally "inside and out". I would not want to go anywhere else for service.

Once again you saved Mrs Buchheim from a flat tire disaster, providing great service at a moments notice.......actually it was a fake flat caused by a faulty sensor and a nail that didn't penetrate the tire.....but even at the "last moment" request again you came through to provide service and transportation security. Hopefully we'll be able to SCHEDULE our next service at a reasonable time. David....Sunrise breakfast is on Thursdays but we could change if the schedule requires......
