Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Nothing but professionalism, integrity and good reliable service! I know that my problem is fixed and if there was to be a problem, they would take care of it without any question. They are true rarity in this day and age of service! I highly recommend Japanese Auto Masters.
Always professional, courtesous and the best car service in town.

Have done business with JAMs for 2 years and they always tell me what needs to be done and doesn't try to perform unnecessary work. Excellent and highly recommended business.
This was my first visit and I received very good service and great communication.I appreciate them reminding me about a brake problem and some other recommendations since the vehicle had not been driven much in the past few years. Thanks, will see you again soon.
Business response:
We appreciate your business and look forward to providing all of your future auto needs.

Burnt out bulb was "replaced" at home except it was the blinker bulb I replaced and not the real burned out side marker bulb which JAM correc... read more
