Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Always top notch service...places like this are few and far between.
Fantastic place to do business. They are honest, pleasant to deal with. They are one of the few auto shops in Va Beach that won't try and screw you every time you bring your car in. Highly recommended.

I've always had a great experience at Japanese Auto Masters. The friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, and the expert service is what keeps me coming back. And when you make an appointment for 9:00, the take your vehicle in at 9:00, not 9ish !
Well, I've two vehicles a Toyota FJ, and a Nissan Versa. I've bringing my cars here for almost two years now, very polite, honest and reasonable pricing in my opinion . I have completely giving up on Toyota priority dealership, and rather pay for my oil changes here at Japanese auto masters (JAM) because it is easier, more convenient, quality of work, communication and attention to detail is there. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here at JAM.
