I was planning on getting a loan with another bank with which I had two previous mortgages. It was after I submitted my application when I got in touch with Jason. His knowldege and passion for what he does impressed me from the very beginning. My experience working with Jason was excellent. He provided immediate response to questions with detailed and accurate presentation of the material. Though I did not like the package in the end, he provided some options for future discussion. I still intend to refinance and will include Jason in any considerations going forward.

We purchased a home that was sold in a short sale. Per the banks agreement, we had to close very quickly. The loan process had to take no more than three weeks. Jason was upfront with us and told us this would be difficult. He and his team worked very hard and completed the loan with one day to spare. Jason provided the effort, but also council during the process. He kept us up to date and made sure our expectations stayed realistic. This loan closed, but more significantly, I appreciated his open and truthful work.
