Jason and his assistant, Cynthia, were great to work with. My loan was not the easiest to close, as my income did not show on W-2, or K-1 forms on my tax return, as their underwriters preferred. Jason told me not to worry that he would get it done in time for settlement, and he did just that. Getting the loan was the absolutely best part of the house buying experience. Jason has a great team, and the way they run the business could be used as a textbook example - I seriously mean it. First of all, the fact that they are out of your state is totally irrelevant. These days an email account and a pdf reader with electronic signatures (like Foxit), is all you need. Jason and his team are the best. they were on top of their game. i would highly recommend them. do not even bother with the rest, go with the BEST.they locked my rate as soon as they saw rates are moving. they saved me ton of money. about 1.5% lower rate than the other broker i was dealing with, whom were still pushing papers around two days before closing date. they still did not do the first submission to the under writer. call Jason up and see for yourself.
