Jason was extremely responsive, diligent and helpful at each stage in the loan process. He was able to get us the initial prequalification letter in hours and managed our application process with complete proficiency. The loan closed on time and without any significant issues. Generally banks are known for being difficult when handling jumbo mortgages but I can candidly say that this process was easy and the rate was better than two other local providers and one national provider. Jason and his team did a great job with our loan. He qualified my wife and I for a Doctor Loan from Suntrust. This program was very competitive and allowed us to buy a house with only 5% down. Suntrust required a tremendous amount of documentation, as is typical in this day and age, prior to the approval.
